Overview
At PROPERTIES DD LTD, our role is primarily focused on property deal sourcing, research, and introductions. Where relevant to a property-related enquiry, we may also provide general home maintenance support in a limited and carefully defined capacity. This support is intended to help identify visible maintenance considerations, organise high-level maintenance-related information, and, where appropriate, introduce relevant third-party contractors or service providers for further discussion. Our involvement is strictly limited to general informational support and introductions only. We do not carry out maintenance works, do not supervise contractors, do not manage repair projects, and do not provide technical, legal, financial, structural, or professional advice. Any inspections, quotations, decisions, works, contracts, and follow-up arrangements are handled directly between the relevant parties and the independent third-party provider.
